Bounce Mod

These are the presets used by the Ecchi Bouncy Girls and Gigapig's Gainaxing mods for the original game (credit to the authors), the values are as follows:

Bouncy_Lvl_1Bouncy_Lvl_2Bouncy_Lvl_DOAGainaxing Stage 0Gainaxing Stage 1Gainaxing Stage 2Gainaxing Stage 3Gainaxing Stage 4
Spring202020010203040
Dampening0.980.99511.0021.0021.0021.0021.002

Compared to the original file there are a few more entries in SRTTR in customization_items.xtbl, and also the inclusion of dlc4_customization_items.xtbl which includes and overrides about 75% of the entries in the main non-dlc table.

To Install:

Inside the attached zip file are the presets, copy the one you prefer (includes 4 *.xtbl files) to SRTTR root folder, if unsure select the Spring 10 package.

IMPORTANT: This will install the mod partially (25%) because dlc#_customization_items.xtbl (dlc2, dlc3, dlc4) will not be loaded from a file inside the root folder if these are present inside any of the *.vpp_pc packages.

The only workaround I found that works is to modify the 4 packages that interfere using a hex editor, there are 6 references that need to be edited out:

HEX Editing Instructions (dlc2.vpp_pc + dlc3.vpp_pc + dlc4.vpp_pc).png

HEX Editing Instructions (misc_tables.vpp_pc).png

Suits / Outfits such as the Werewolf or upper body parts such as Three Top Counter won't work without this, the Music Junkie top works without this for example.

Alternatively I leave attached an xDelta patch file, but it doesn't include the executable:

1 - Download the last xDelta realease (xdelta-3.1.0-x86_64.exe) from GitHub unzip and copy into the same folder as the unzipped xDelta patch from this thread
2 - Move everything into the "cache" folder of SRTTR
3 - Run "3.Apply Patch-Windows.bat" if successful it will create a folder named "PATCHED_FILES_WILL_BE_HERE_COPY_TO_CACHE_FOLDER" with the patched files inside
4 - Copy those files back to the "cache" folder, the original files are automatically moved to a folder named "old"

My apologies for not finding a less convoIuted way to do this. I can provide a single file *.exe patcher that does all that above easier with a GUI, but I am not sure if it's against rules, and it could also cause problems with some antivirus (report false positive)

I skimmed through the rules:
2. No piracy - including DLC piracy. This is a permaban on first offense.
From what I've seen, people have shared .exe files that make modding easier, for example Gentlemen of the Row's mod loader thing or even BoJan's SR3 table editor.
As long it does not allow people to remove the DRM of Steam copies for example, it should be fine... You can check this by exiting Steam, going to the game folder and double clicking the .exe - the default expected behaviour is that it will open the Steam client. I think that means you can't share the GOG .exe though.

Of course, it's a good idea to keep the "manual" version up for those that don't like .exe files and/or want to vet the code themselves.

I meant the patcher itself as a single *.exe file, there are no modifications to the game protection, the files that need be modified are: misc_tables.vpp_pc, dlc2.vpp_pc, dlc3.vpp_pc, dlc4.vpp_pc

On note of the original mod, besides the changes I already mentioned:

Breast_Spring:
controls the "bouncyness", how soft the breasts are, "0" is rigid.
‎ values that are too high may cause body to clip through clothes.

Breast_Dampening:
controls how long they will bounce before comeing to a stop.
values that are too high will cause never-ending motion, even while standing still.

Breast_Small_Dampening & Breast_Large_Dampening:
dampens the players breast size selection back to default. Can be used to reign in the extents for items that don't look correct at full extents

Lots of clothes had Large_Dampening added and always zeroed, same for Small_Dampening, it was zeroed in all instances.

This last entry, also in conjunction with body slider mods, can be used in a case by case basis to correct clothes that are way too warped or have clipping, do note the values would differ between the max default sex appeal limits (original table) and the max values for a modded table.

Ah, I see. Thanks for the clarification. Then we would be more concerned about the license of the program itself. So far, the examples I've mentioned above have been submitted by the authors or they have gotten permission to submit it on their behalf.

I'm reading number 4 of the Apache 2.0 License (which I assume xdelta is licensed under) and I think you're allowed to redistribute the .exe as long the .exe itself contains a notice about that license or you put a copy of that license as a text file in that zip. Here's the excerpt:
4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You meet the following conditions:

  1. You must give any other recipients of the Work or Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
  2. You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices stating that You changed the files; and
  3. You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and attribution notices from the Source form of the Work, excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of the Derivative Works; and
  4. If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or documentation,if provided along with the Derivative Works; or, within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed as modifying the License.

TL;DR it's safer to just link the release page(which is here?), I think

Thansk for taking the time to search all of that and respond.

Does anyone know if there is a list or a table (xtbl) that contains the in-game name of all the clothes and their respective reference name in the xtbl tables or mesh names (filenames).

This isn't referenced inside the customization_items.xtbl and while a few are self-evident, there's is lot of stuff named like cf_impo_ubdy_f_shirt2a

Also, is there a cheat that gives access to the complete wardrobe, or most of it (can be a mod too) ?. or a savegame that has all the wardrobe complete ?

This is in order to be able to fine-tune the table in-game.

There's a compilation that has that information of item names, model names, asset name, etc somewhere around these parts. Possibly under SRTT or SR4, because those games all use the same naming/asset structures, and SRTTR didn't change that part of the game. They've also rearranged the forums a bit since the last time I found it, so I don't even recall where exactly that was. Nor do I recall who posted it (multiple people have created it).

I've attached a copy for you (uncredited, I'm afraid, so whoever compiled it, please let me know so I can properly credit you for your efforts)

Thanks, it was really useful.

I can now tell this would't work for body slider mods, and it has a limited effect on clipping. Ideally the collision data would have to be updated along with the model weights, but at that point I guess people could create clothes that don't look scaled, stretched or warped.

I am unable to modify the Bomber Jacket and Funtime! Top, both are rigid, these are likely being overriden by another file that has higher priority than the dlc4_customization_items.xtbl (is not in patch_uncompressed).

These clothes present little clipping at max sex appeal settings, which I believe is present in the unmodded game, not sure about SRTT (2011):

Little Clipping: Hill Casualwear, Lazy Bum Hoodie, Lounge Hoodie, Mod Male, Modern Unbuttoned Dress Shirt, Neighbor Jacket and Vest, Stylish Coat with Vest, Dark Side Shirt

These were fixed:

Tie clipping: Hoodie Up with Shirt and Tie [1.0] - Modern Coat Jacket with Tie [0.6]

Necklace clipping: Rave x Kandy Konstruction [0.9]

String clipping: I Haz a Sad Hoodie [0.57] - Thugh Hoodie [0.57] - Wake and Bake Hoodie [0.57] - Sad to the Bone Hoodie [0.75]

[Matched Bounce Warrior Princess Upper to Knight Armor value Spring ( 0.01 )

Between brackets is the new Breast_Large_Dampening value, this reduces bust size, which helps prevent clipping, not an ideal solution.

- Track Top Combo now has the effect

- Matched Bounce Warrior Princess Upper to Knight Armor value Spring ( 0.01 ), both are rigid now

- Reverted Spring/Dampening values to default ( to avoid clipping) : The "Z", Luchador Specialist

I have only updated the default preset, I am missing a few clothes from Planet Saints so I couldn't check every single one.

steam's version absolutely sucks and almost broken, i had to refund it and got a game off gogunlocked.com and it works perfectly.
yes, piracy is bad but sometimes it's almost justified, isn't volition gone now anyways so does the money actually go to any of them anymore i wonder. i did buy the game at first but no mods fixed it at all.
