Broadened Wheel Size Limits

This mod works quite similar to this one. Basically, it broadens the size & width limits of wheels.

Example using Toad:

Smallest:

Largest without clipping:

Largest with clipping:

What it doesn't work with:
- Monster Trucks
- Motorcycles
- Anything without wheels

Also, I haven't tested it on any dlc vehicles.
