Well, if they Saints rule Steelport. Why not have an optrion to invest the money in rebuilding things?
Fix the things the Saints broke. not only gives you the areas to play in/with, also get more popularity, the gang that rebuild the city (they destroyed)

It's a modding forum where we discuss technical details about a game's inner workings trying to dig out its secrets. I can understand maybe being concerned about it in the Mod Releases subforum, but here?

You can enter the BDSM club just fine. Use the sonic boom weapon to open the door.

You need to use the Sonic Boom and fully charge it up before firing. It will open any door even if it doesn't have a hand icon.
