Can't get past guardian angle kinzie.

I am replaying this game with my new xbox one comtroller for pc. But having trouble with the guardian angle mission for kinzie. I can mostly get the sniping done, but a have trouble with the rpg part, a can get the most cars to blow up when not to close to kenzie but the armored cars i got trouble with. If it wasn't for the armord gun cars i would have completed it. Also why is there no checkpoint when you complete the snipping part?? I am seeking a way to make kinzie and here car not killeble or to kill all deckers in this mission. Or if i upload the save can some 1 complete this mission for me??
I am using things to do in steelport family and naugty edition, extended cheat mod.
Can some one help me with this??
 
Tryed with keybord and mouse and got it. Mouse is easier for aniping missions.
My pro tip on the guardian angel missions is do it with keyboard and mouse its much easier.
