Can't progress in "Party Time"

I've got TTDIS installed. Legit copy of game. In "Party Time", I can parachute onto the roof but the mission prompt never progresses, even if I stand right in the middle of the pool where the blue marker is. If I attempt to start killing Morningstar, I get a mission fail shortly after the gunfight begins with "The Lieutenant Has Died". No other mods installed.

UPDATE: Issue is known and reported in the TTDIS mod thread. Uninstalling the mod pack worked and allowed me to progress with the mission.
 
I'm really sorry I kept everyone waiting for so long, I'm uploading new version with this issue fixed right now. It should be up in few hours. :)
