How does that explain why there's no customization, there simply is no customization because Gat and Kinzie, unlike the Protagonist, are characters with a canon look. It would be weird to play Gat who looks like some random dude.

There is no customization because it's a small standalone expansion that is really just a bonus to Saints Row: Re-Elected. It's coming to PC and last gen because we didn't want to leave anyone out.
