Could anyone make a Table_tweak.Xtbl Merger.

Iv been trying to get two table_tweak.xtbl files to merge (i was using notepad++) and its just not happening, as I don't know what goose where and etc. So to cut it short i was wondering if it is possible to create a program of some sort to combine the two together without the game crashing or messing up. so please help

Although notepad++ is a good tool it may not be the best way to go about merging two mods. I would recommend using WinMerge http://winmerge.org/. Compare each mod to the vanilla table to see what has changed. This should give you a good idea if it is possible to merge the mods and of how much work will be involved to do it.
