This isn't mod relating I don't think because all the mods worked before I downloaded the free dlc, now I crash to desktop every time I try to launch the game. Has any one else had this issue the error "Game is already running" is what I get and I did the delete of appcache folder still not working. Now my game has been unplayable so "I am 1 sad Panda"

please Saints Modders your my only hope :)

after reading through the post I found that I can take the game out of window mode and it will launch. The issue is there still if I go back but at least now I can play the game again. Maybe in time they will find the reason for this conflict and I can return to normal settings.
