In GoS, every mod has its own folder. Find the mod's folder, copy its contents into your root install directory, play.

Not necessarily. Some mods have files in multiple folders depending on what archives the originals are from. If you really are desperate to have just one mod then:
1. Deselect all mods except the one you want
2. Build loose files
