Why are you putting these files in subfolders? They need to go directly in the root with the game exe.

like where they were originally? i moved them a second ago because i thought you wanted to see everything that came out with the extraction. the first screenshot should be the right one, it has all the files in the second screenshot

In the first screenshot, you do have the powertools.ini file there, you just need to edit it.

Alright what do I edit? I already tried the speed hack value and nothing changes, do I need to edit something else first?

ok new development, very strange. i booted up my computer today and started up saints row, and powertools worked. then i changed the speedhack value, and it also worked. then i changed the speedhack to "auto" without quotes, and closed the game from the desktop. started it up again and now its running super fast completely ignoring powertools. whats causing this?
