Disable Auto-Aim

Hey, if it was possible to do so like how it was in SR3 gentlemen of steelport, I would really appreciate having it turned off if possible

Open the game settings:
Options -> Controls -> Gamepad Options -> Snap to Targets.

Turn that off.

Many thanks, I thought that would only affect controllers and not a mouse.
