I'll pass on this: we have already tons of vehicles in the game.
They don't wear Genki Girls costumes... Look closely and you will see that they wear "buyable" clothes
Also, I actually like this pack. They put *some* effort to it - Sad Panda rover's "tail" jiggle around, angry tiger bike raises and lowers it's "tail" (it's not animated thought - it's up or down) and that's a detail level I enjoy, especially in SRTT. Also every vehicle has a mounted gun. Angry Tiger's motorcycle breathes fire and that means that you can enter interiors with it and then set everything on fire...
EDIT: I would forgot: Slasher pack is next!
