Do mods effect other players?

Well then something somewhere must be telling it to stream the body texture. Which makes me wonder if it's a simple flag then it could be possible to enable this for other textures.
 
i know this is an old post but a mod that get rid of the censor pixal is kind of a texture mod does that mean people i'm playing with also see me with the censor? because I was playing with someone the other day after I disabled the my jumpsuit in the spaceship file and they saw me naked in there, so just curious as to what other people can see. :confused:
 
If you have player morph mods it shows to you but not who you are playing with unless they have the same mod installed.
