SRIV Dual Wield From The Start

So I found a post in a thread relating to dual-wielding and say things about flagging as

That's probably the "dual wieldable" flag for weapons.xtbl and it only makes the weapon dual wieldable if the weapon class dedicated to that weapon supports dual wield (SMGs/Pistols).
There's no need for sr3_city_objectives.xtbl, only respect_levels.xtbl. It won't work right away from the first mission, as you still have to buy the upgrade, but at least you get to unlock it as early as possible...
I did that with the gang weapon unlocks (SMG, Shotgun, Rifle...), and it worked out fine.

Well that won't work because in sr2 you could dual wield from the start but in sr3 you can only get it later in the game like you don't forget how to dual wield and then suddenly you remember how to dual wield same with sr4

How did you make dual wield shotguns? I been trying but game crashes. Only weapon i want dual wield besides my pistols is my police shotgun. Can you tell me which files to modify and which lines to add?
