Your priorities are pretty backwards for gaming PC, The i7 2600k only offers 2% more performance overall than an i5 2500k, and the i5 costs a whole chunk less, in0game, the performance increase isn't noticeable.

Also, the GPU handles the bulk of the processing in-game, and a 550ti is pretty weak. A 560 would be a huge improvement.

For the RAM, you actually don't need more than 8GB, or even 4GB. Now 1333MHz RAM isn't the fastest, and the computer reads the dead space of RAM too - putting down over 6GB ram can actually slow your system down if you don't actually need the ram - no modern game uses more than 3-5GB of RAM.
