Whyyyyyyyy????? I know they are like some complicated file or something. Why hasn't anyone found a way to do this? If I knew more about programs and what not I'd do it myself. There isn't no possible way to even extract every part of the character and put it together?
Player character models are built in-game based on a large number of customization parameters. All the component parts are stored in separate files, and are assembled by the game when it loads the character. We don't have access to the code that builds the character from it's component parts, and trying to reverse engineer that code would be very complicated. That's why nobody's done it.
So it's not impossible just really difficult? You see, It's because I got bored of the game but I like my character and wanted to try to put him in a different environment. Like gmod or a skin mod for another game. So if that is difficult ( Hopefully not impossible) Could I bring all those different environments to him? Like Import stuff from other games to Saints Row. Like if I wanted him to have different weapons, outfits, vehicles, fight enemies from other games, different maps ect. Also I seen a mod were they can make their character naked and or import other hair styles from the other saints row games. If I can't export him to other environments, then can I bring those others environments to him?
It's software. Nothing's impossible. Just difficult.
