Farther view distance: is it possible?

Feel kinda ghost town when riding a tank and blow something up at a distance...
Good for more cars & people spawn mods... MORE FUN... LOLz...

Increasing the spawn distance is like the main thing i have been looking for in this game since the third.

Does anyone know if it is possible?
