To get stilwater you must be insert stilwater's string in SR3_City.LUA that should SRTT loads stilwater
 
the RC thing isnt working for whatever reason, i havent tested the other feature of it but the RC thing is what i want to use most
edit: it occurs to me that I am an idiot... i forgot to place the file in the folder LOL... wow i need help
