Here is how to fix the Big Swallow issue. I have shared this in the Guides and Tutorials section, as it may be helpful for other modders.
I also happened upon your conversation from a few years ago discussing the same thing. Hope this finally fixes it!

Never though replacing the hotdog with another food would cause that swallow to crash honestly..

preload.tbl is quite unpredictable. Normally an item mesh not loading wouldn't cause the game to crash, but apparently it's different when using food items. Because of the chunk preloads, it's entirely possible that the Big Swallow may have worked at other Freckle Bitch locations.

Yes and no...
Yes, I started to build a mod like this a while back.
No, I don't currently have any plans to finish it, because I'm busy working on other mod projects.

Like I said, I'm busy.
But there's plenty of information scattered about these forums, if you look deep enough.
Maybe I'll write up an in-depth guide someday in the future.

Update: Here's that NPC guide I said I'd make. It will show you how to filter the Female variants of any NPC via their Character file.

M2M Compatibility Patch is now available! > DOWNLOAD

INSTALLATION:
1. Download "FPO - M2M Compatibility Patch.zip".
2. Unzip it inside of your "Female Prison Overhaul" folder.
3. All Alternate Uniforms should now have an "M2M Compatible" folder, containing compatible versions of customization_outfits.xtbl.
4. Install the file alongside your Female Prison Overhaul installation.
