Can male prisoners and female prisoners be in prison at the same time? And there are more guards patrolling inside the prison?

Not with this mod.

Because male/female prisoners are separate NPCs, it's unlikely they could. It was Volition's original intention though...

Adding more guards would likely mean adding more spawn nodes for them. I don't know if there's a memory limit for that. The file which controls that also controls a bunch of other things.

Hey you think you could try to mod the game so only female cops and gang members spawn, or at least so that they are the majority? ANd if possible maybe replace the female cops with the cop strippers as an add on side mod if possible.

I can look into it sometime after Christmas. Filtering their gender should be easy enough. Replacing the cop with another NPC is problematic, because npc_cop is so integrated with the game in many different ways. I've tried this exact thing before, and it's always finnicky.

As I said before; I have tried this multiple times, and it's complicated, because the Cop is so integrated with many other parts of the game. npc_cop isn't just Beat Cops. It's also Prison Guards, Bike Cops, Boat Cops, and so on. npc_stripper_female does not have information which lines up with all the Variants and Morphs of npc_cop. npc_cop also gets called by various different scripts throughout the game in different ways. It might be possible, but like I said, It's complicated.
