Finding a ASM file

Hi, I'm trying to edit the trailblazer activities due to having extreme amounts of trouble and getting sick from how horrible I drive the motorcycle so I read up and found a way to make the firewalls not take away time and to give the checkpoints a very big bonus in time, the only problem I seem to run into is updating the ASM file as I have no clue what the _a_tb_nw_02_modal and _a_tb_nw_03_modal use as an ASM file.

I'm going to seem like a complete noob but what should the batch file look like and where should it be?

Edit: Alright I got the batch file part (I think) but the game still crashes when I try playing the trailblazer part so I must be doing something wrong.
