Fire Pistol

Why is it that when I downloaded this, when I put it in the Saints Row The Third folder, I can't find the fire pistol anywhere.

And my game crashes after loading screen. Do I have to merge it with other mods since I have other mods?

Are you playing the Steam version of the game?
It doesn't add a new weapon, but instead changes the KA-1 Kobra to shoot fire instead of bullets.
If you have other mods installed that use the same files as this Fire Pistol mod, then you will have to merge them.
