What did you changed in the new version?

The changes in v1.2 are listed in the OP
version 1.2 changes said:
v1.2 Removed colors due to a bug causing colors past 130 not appearing properly after
reloading a savegame. I cut these colors either because similar colors exist in the vanilla
pallete or they otherwise won't be missed.

Removed:
-3 Neon Yellow -3 Banana Yellow -3 White Gold -3 Carnation -3 Hazard Orange
-1 Crimson -1 Neon Red -Tasty Brown -Smooth Brown -Salmon

-NOTE: Clothes purchased under v1.1 will be different colors after installing
v1.2 and may have to be repurchased.-
 
No problem. :) The presentation isn't as pretty as I would have liked,
give the color swatch menu is only 9 swatches wide (10 would have
been perfect), so they're kind of jumbled in areas, especially because
I had to remove some to make it work properly. I would have kept
them all if I could have.

Yep, that's saints row modding alright; scaling back all your grand plans to fit within the constraints of the engine and memory limitations. I'll never forget the soul crushing realization in SR2 when I hit the weapons limit and couldn't add additional ones. :(

I wouldn't bother. Firespite hasn't been around since February.
