What are the flags you can use for homies.xtbl.
Is there one you can use to make it so more then one vehicle comes when you call a homie?

I don't think so. I think what would happen is that you would only get one, but it would choose between them(with a 50% chance for either one).

Do you have any idea how I could get more then one vehicle to spawn? I'm trying to make a backup mod where when you call VTOL delivery, a bunch of
them come and attack your enemies

I'm afraid I don't have any idea. After looking at homies.xtbl, I don't think it will be possible, unless there is some way using code, but I don't know where to look at for that method.
