Gang spawner

Just curious as I didn't see one under mod releases[FYI forget the gentlemen thing and sandbox to much hassle] I was curious if it would be possible to get gangs to spawn normally even in saint controlled hoods, I can't do the taunt a gang member challenge because well, i beat the game and there ain't no more gangs xD AND apparently it doesn't work if they are attacking you via a phone call

You can probably do all that and more if you check out the Sandbox for SR3 and of course Idol Ninja's compilation for SR3 which includes
the cheats that do some nice things.

EDit. cheese after posting this I saw you mentioned forget the above as too much hassle .

lmao, its ok, yea i don't need all the extra features of sandbox but ijust need gangs to be walking the streets again, someone did make a mod i saw to turn all peds into deckers but not many ppl commented on it so i am fearful of having my game ruined
