The primary garage upgrade sub-menu, with "Performance" "Frame" "Handling" ect resets to the bottom of the menu after every upgrade purchase.

This does not happen with weapon upgrades, in which you can mash the confirm button to quickly upgrade if you have the money. With the garage, it is a bit of a pain since after each upgrade purchase the selected item resets to the bottom of the menu.

Maybe someone who hasn't just woken up can explain this better. Try to upgrade a vehicle, then upgrade a weapon, you'll see what I mean.
 
I saw that as well last night, as long as I was paying attention it did not affect me all that much.
 
SR:TT allowed you to quickly keep tapping A/X/click to upgrade your car, SR:IV makes you move your cursor back to the modification you want to buy. It gets annoying quickly trying to modify a car!
