Sometimes while playing Genki missions, the heads break and you can't pick them up, I was doing the last one and it started pissing me off to no end because I couldn't grab any of them for three re-tries in a row.

I'm also having the same problem. It seems to occur randomly, but it's really preventing me from finishing that "Obey (For the last time)" mission. That M.O.M. minigame has way too many stages, and way too many chances for this bug to take place.
I've ever tried to shoot it (with explosions) through the hoop, but that doesn't count.

Are you sure they aren't just those balloons that look like the Genki heads you pick up? The Genki heads don't float away.
