Genki Manapult not working

It's legit, there's a bug report for it. Good eye, good eye.
 
I have this problem as well. Was really looking forward to launching people with this D: anyways, this seems to be the same bug that's affecting the (vanilla) tank when using IdolNinja's extended cheats to get it
 
Just figured I'd mention I just found the bug myself. The first time I played through the game, I didn't bother with any of the vehicles because the super powers just were too much fun. But started a new game just to unlock a few more achievement and I just finished the mission where the MI6 chick gets her super powers and I get the Genki vehicles. The angry tiger motorcycle works like a charm, it shows the flames without an issue, but the manupult it loves to swallow but it never spits.

But after dealing with Bugthesda games for a few years, these little glitches seem almost irrelevant.
