I see you do not upgraded your weapons.
Search in weapon_upgrades.xtbl file "grenadelvl1", "grenadelvl2"... Look in Friendly Fire. 
Removed Grenade-Upgrades.
Actually, I upgraded all my weapons, but tested it with a New GameI see you do not upgraded your weapons.

You installed it wrong, you installed it with mod what have conflicts with it or it works only in my game. EDIT:
I think I know what is a problem. When Xune integrated Minigun with Snipe's Temporary Permanent Weapons Mod it requites Snipe's Temporary Permanent Weapons Mod to work properly. If you do not have Snipe's Temporary Permanent Weapons Mod installed game will crash. So you must install Snipe's Temporary Permanent Weapons Mod with it or install version only with Genki Pistol to make it work properly.
SHOULD BE FIXED.
