Gentleman of the row MOD help

Hey I've got gentleman of the row for saints row 2 on PC I love the MOD it's made the game great but I have one issue the cutscences play at normal speed sometimes a tad fast but in game I'm like 2 times as fast it's so hard to drive and fight because I move to fast

Have I turned something on or is it something I've done or is it a bug idk I could use the help

Hi, if you follow this Steam guide: How To Make Saints Row 2 Run Smoothly On PC and goto Step 3: Fix the "speedup" bug - Install Powertools. There you'll find potential fixes for the speedup bug in Saints Row 2. Fixing this bug revolved around installing a program called Powertools, or if that doesn't work, you can open up the Command Prompt in Administrator mode and run the following command 'bcdedit /set useplatformclock true'
