Nordic got more then the IP. How it all works I'm not sure, but they own not only the IP, but the past games and there for I'd imagine the code there of. All Red Faction games are now listed as published by Nordic games.....which is odd....because they didn't actually publish them....but I guess they collect future sales of the past games.
