The save game is located here if you have Win-7
C:\Users\[you]\AppData\Local\THQ\Saints Row 2
nothing applicable inside of that file 
help?

What do you mean nothing applicable? You need to attach your save game from there.
I've looked in The AppData place and the steam place and there is nothing there
