GOG Analog stick and d-pad click things at the same time

My left analog stick and d-pad act as the same buttons, and can't figure it out.(xbox one ctr) The radio stations switch when I turn vehicle, I emote when turning, and exit a mission when running backwards Only happens on GOG. Steam version sucks, but never had controller issue. Great overall, but makes it honestly unplayable. Any help would be very appreciated!!
