GOTR not enough to fix Saints Row 2 vehicle handling

SR2 vehicles handling is beyond terrible any real fixes for this other then GOTR?

SR2 works fine on a Intel G4560 cpu ,first time in ages i can actually play the game ,the cars are behaving normally ,same as you'd get in any similar game.

And this is without any mods or the Gotr patch ,can't believe it runs so well.

My old computer was a nightmare even with all the possible mods one could use ,i gave up trying .
