Grass roots pack help

So, I just bought the "Grass Roots pack" from the steam marketplace. as I'm aware you get 2 outfits, 2 weapon skins, 1 weapon, and a new vehicle, the Texas T. I did indeed get all of those items, except for the Texas T truck. I looked in my garage a few times, even heliport. I also tried reloading the game 2 times. Still not there... does anyone know what's going on with this?

Ya, I was debating on which category to put it in

I think this is just a bug with some unique vehicles. Like the Salem, I have to look in my "vehicle delivery" mechanism in the HUB to get it.

Are there exlusive DLC's for the international version, because I've heard that there are a fair amount of DLC options available, yet all I can see is GAT V, Wild Wild West and Dubstep Gun.
