It's a bit weird how in Saints 3 everyone was trying to figure out how to get the super powers working outside of the mission and toggle them on, now they all want the powers off, haha.

the normal gameplay certainly exists if the first few missions are any indication.

The only questionable part will be restoring grenades, since apparently they're no longer in because of the active superpowers
