So, I had just opened a newly installed mod & extracted it (as usual). I moved the needed files into OS:C/ProgamFilesx86/steam/steamapps/common/saints row the third. After it was all done I went to start up the game to find my save games were missing! This is quite odd as Steam Cloud is working fine. I just wanted to know if it is possible if I installed the mod wrong and made it so that it replaced the previous files? I'm not very tech savvy, so I am not sure on how to fix it unfortunately. Any help would be appreciated :/.

Mods don't have anything to do with save files. At least nothing on this site does. Are the save files still there in your save folder?

For future reference, it's always a good idea to make regular backups of your saves when playing with mods. Not to combat your particular issue of missing saves (which is unique to you afaik,) but in case a mod permanently corrupts a save file.

Yeah. After playing around a little bit I found out that the save files were in a whole other location for some reason. Weird, but I'm just happy it was fixed!
