I started a new game on saints row iv(downloaded from steam with no mods build 169280) and i can't do the power pkay side quest for kinzie and the vice president and ben king and i'm already at the keymaster mission and it shows they are still unavailable. Any fix for this?

Get a save that has completed these if you're not bothered about doing the mission yourself.
