"How to remove the starting cutscenes?" and "How to extract the music?"

I know a fake skip for the Gamespy logo, change Cheat Engine's speed (Powertool's work too) to 20 or so, then it will be almost-instantly skipped.

I just wish it was automatic. Don't think any of you will be bothered about that though.

I don't think there was ever a game where you could skip GameSpy's shitty logo, though some games just added a little GameSpy logo to their splash screen to skip it all together. But I agree, pretty arrogant on their part, like their all that or something when their game servers haven't even been online in how long now? At least for whatever GameSpy enabled games I own there are no GS servers online anymore.
