How to use hud_us.le_strings

it isnt the path where my whole misc_tables.vpp_pc is extracted because it says it cant find it there and the hud_us.le_strings that i use is from mask mods he gave it to me and about the path i know but where i putted username is my own name so i only changed it on the post
 
Can it also depend on my tools? because when i use anything else then strings extracter/builder it says that it isn't reacting or something and that is since this week...
 
That problem with the numbers is because you don't have the entire misc_tables.vpp_pc archive extracted to that location you are specifying. You have to extract the entire archive there. Period. You can overwrite the string files with another one from another mod if you want.
