Character Customization I Have A Request. Who Can Help Me?

Hi guys.
I have a request that only you guys can handle. when I play Saint Row 3 (Original One), there is a lot of lack and scarcity in buying clothes. Especially the nice modern and classic ones. so I uploaded some pictures to see what I'm talking about here.
before you decide to do this, just read these two tips:
1-When you're working on shoes, tuxedos, etc . make sure you can choose the first, second, third colors if they need them based on their shapes and looks.
2-I'd like to have those clothes for the original Saint Row 3 (Not The Remastered one). My laptop is not designed for gaming stuff, I bought a laptop for music production and 3D rendering purposes. it's not a gaming laptop. So, don't try to make a version for (Reshade Mod or Graphic Mod) ones. as far as I know @Admixon has those kinds of mods, and maybe some other guys do have it. So, I do want those clothes without any graphical requirements like those kinds of mods I said earlier.
I know I'm asking too much. Sorry for that. But sadly, the whole clothes styles are sucks.

I only like the Women coats with the Shirt and the Ribbon... The Rest of it i'm not really kinda like it..

And in the bottom of the women tuxedo photo thats my favorite part too.. i really like Women Dressing like a man it just too good... The example like this..
