I want to get a PC copy of Saints Row 2. Few questions about it's activation

I want to get copy of PC version of Saints Row 2 (I've played it and want that beautiful map and customization). My questions are:

1. Are there any versions of the PC version that are region locked to specific countries only?!? Because I live in Bulgaria, Sofia, but I cannot purchase any hardcopy (DVD version) of Saints Row 2 because it's NOT AVAILABLE for purchase in Sofia on none of the physical shops for PC games! However, I've found on Amazon UK have a few remaining copies of DVD PC version of Saints Row 2. So if I purchase a DVD copy via Amazon from United Kingdom, then will the activation code from PC copy I've purchased from UK valid in my country Bulgaria? Or it's better to purchase digital version from Steam store?
2. If I purchase the game via the Steam shop http://store.steampowered.com/app/9480/, how I will get my activation code? (This question is actually for all games that aren't on DVD with serial key printed on physical book but purchased from Steam as a digital copy)? Also how I can view the activation code for a Steam game I've got from Steam shop as digital download if I need to reinstall it?

Vladmir- Usually, when you buy games on Steam, it's authenticated by your account. You don't need to put in CD keys or anything. In the event you do need to put in a CD key still, you just right click on the game in your Steam library and there's an option to view the CD Key.

GOG games are usually DRM free.
 
Yesterday I've purchased SR2 from the Steam shop together with all Grand Theft Auto games from 3D Universe (GTA III / GTA Vice City and GTA San Andreas) and all games from HD Universe except Grand Theft Auto V (GTA IV and GTA Episodes From Liberty City). I've installed Gentleman of Row 1.9.2 and game is fine for now... :)
