Idol Ninja's Buddy Oleg mod?

I tried using the search function here to find this mod , which I found somewhere here
before. I dont' see it listed in mods section nor in progress section. I Must have found it
buried in some other thread, and forgot which.

Buddy Oleg mod. USed terms Buddy and Buddy oleg to search but nothing came up.

Where is this mod hiding?
Reason I'm trying to find it again is:
Looking to see if a new version is out.

I am trying to force the Buddy Oleg mod (which I love cause my homies dont leave so often now)
with the new Agility mod and due to formatting differences the Buddy Oleg version of tweak_table
lacking carriage returns is making life rough on me while trying to mesh the two.
Agility mod uses same tweak_table

Hoping to find a 'clean ' version with carriage returns so when doing a compare I stand a chance
of meshing them.

In the thread I tell you exactly which value to change if you want to merge it in with other mods.

Damn, I swear I must be blind.
I guess I dind't look back far enough.
I swear I had used the search function to look for 'Buddy Oleg' and the forum result came up blank!

However, in disbelief I could be so daft, I tried it again just now, and now it found the thread via search.
