A question on the Audio logs - once you find them, are they replayable or the like?

Yes, they are all replayable at your main crib.
Do all of the cheats still mark your save?
Like those ones that would disable all the alien/VR/etc kind of effects.
I always found it a bit unfair how some cheats that would hardly be of any advantage would still give your save a mark :I

Can you talk about whether certain characters are actually in the game (aka Lin, Julius, Sharp, etc.) or is that secret?

Okay, thanks for the quick reply. I'll have to wait until the 20th, or until that guy on YouTube who has posted up to the part where Old Shaundi is introduced finishes the game.
