Actually that will be possible soon; see the Sandbox+ thread.After reading this thread I went and got my self Rad Video Tools and are going to make a Saints Row Mods style background for main menu
I think it be realy cool if mods had like a UI to go with it, thanks to every one on this thread who contributed info

I do infact use this mod; it dont stop the animated textures; but I was thinking while I was at work what knobby said about some being binks I thought maybe I can just make them a 1 frame bink but not sure till I try
