improved melee/fight club activity

Add a lunge or targeting function to the melee (similar to sr2), and/or add a fight club activity if possible to make use of the melee mechanics.

iirc The entire logic for activities in SR1&2 are programmed within the main executable, the actual variables are stored within the xtbl's, an odd way of doing it since if they wanted to make any changes they'd have to re-compile the entire game for it lol, not sure why they didn't just use luas and have the variables stored in there
