Is it possible to add Story/quest or new activities s in SR4 similar to Skyrim ? I recently played Falskaar Quest Mod for Skyrim..It has fully voices actors and completely new land and story...Is it possible to add Falskaar level quest mod once official SR4 modding tool set is out ?

Also, is it possible to add Female voice 2 and 3 from SR3 in SR4 or any new female voice with official toolset?
Female voice 2 and 3 are terrible in SR4 not as good Female voice 1 of Laura Bailey.

Well, more accurately, "not yet, that's actually one of the plans for the SDK but it's way at the end of the release list, so sorry.. and even then there's probably some work to allow us to actually add stuff since a lot is hard-coded in" and "Well, remember the dialogue is in all the missions too, so either you'd be using an existing pack's VO or having to add EVERY line. Or using silence. As it stands I don't think we can do that sort of thing. Replace an actual soundpack, perhaps, considering we can replace audio files.. but adding? Not yet."

Sorry. Mission scripting is what I want as well, but it's the harder thing so it's at the end of the list. :(
 
So Skyrim level modding not possible even after official development tools are out ?.... Sad :( ..

Thanks mods Skyrim has unlimited replay value...People are adding stuff which is even better than Vanilla Skyrim
 
Well, once we have all the tools. Maybe. It's not as easy to mod as Skyrim, and even past that we don't have all the tools. In fact, we only have a few of them, there's a roadmap Volition gave about estimated order of mod tools. As I noted missions are at the end of the list, after everything else. :(

As for Skyrim modding, I agree.. that's why I'm glad Volition got the ok from Deep Silver to open up communications with the fans finally, both sides have wanted to get stuff going.
