I was hoping either swapping kinzie or a possibility of adding Jezebel to swap to or even Satan as a playermodel if that can be done.

This method has many issues if you use it with normal NPCs because it's designed for the mech. It might be possible to do in Sandbox+ (NPC morph command) but it only works with some characters for some reason and it's hard to tell which ones do and which ones don't.use expanded
There's no way to turn into Satan because his animations are mission-only and preloading them causes crashes.
