Just downloaded this from steam and tried to play but could not set the keyboard bindings for some keys. I saw where others had this problem when the game came out but did not see any resolution of the problem. Is there a fix for this?

I don't think this problem was fixed.
I normally use Glovepie with pc games that haven't been made correctly.
If for some reason Glovepie can't work with a game that has particularly bad key controls then you can try editing the ini files of a game and make it read only afterwards to make sure the controls stay the way you set them.
Also make sure you're running the game as Admin and exclude the game folders from your antivirus scanning.
