Kinzie not available to spawn as Homie

For as long as i can remember, Kinzie has always been in my phone, but has always shown up with her name and portrait in grey, i can't call her to make her my homie at all
Anyone happens to know what could have caused this?

Do u have any mods that add homies? They can push vanilla homies off the list depending on how many the mod adds

I don't have any Homie mods
Plus like i said, she's still on the list, just grayed out and uncallable

this happen when you already called her but she died or you dismissed her, but if thats forever now so your game is bugged for ever you will need to reinstall

Reinstalling the game wouldn't do anything. The problem is with the save file itself.
